New Balance make slight adjustments to one of its core silhouettes, with the 991v2 that's made out of its coastal UK factory in Flimby. A charming newcomer into the 991 series that gets a navy blue mesh upper foundation, dressed by overlays of suede and hits of synthetic touches throughout. Tough, rope-like laces give these NB's some added technicality, while all of the above rests atop an ENCAP cushioned midsole.
