Harrods Diplomático Ambassador Selection Rum (70Cl)

Situated at the bottom of the Andes Mountains, the Diplomático distillery turns to local plantations to find the main source of its rich rums: sugar cane honey and molasses. Once blended with an in-house cultivated yeast, the sweet ingredient is converted into alcohol and aged for up to 12 years, acquiring its rich caramel and gingerbread flavours with a clove and orange peel finish.
