Derived from a local Aboriginal language, Tapanappa translates roughly as “stick to the path”. And that’s exactly what this winery does, selecting distinguished sites, fitting the terroir to the grape variety, and managing them fastidiously. This chardonnay is grown in Tiers Vineyard, nestled in the rolling Adelaide Hills.
