Boohoo Women'S Heavy Sequin Halterneck Top In Chocolate | Size: 16

High halterneck with a straight-across neckline that sits close to the throat - the cut does the work without needing any hardware or embellishment to anchor it. Dense all-over sequin coverage with no breaks or panels, so the light catches from every angle as you move. Fitted through the torso with a slight taper at the waist - it skims rather than clings, sitting neatly against the body. The open-back halter construction keeps the silhouette sleek at the front while revealing the shoulders and back entirely. The elastane in the composition gives the sequin fabric just enough stretch to hold its shape through a full night out without pulling or riding up. The high neck and bare back sit in deliberate contrast - covered at the front, open at the back - which makes this top far more interesting than a standard strappy style. The fitted shape means it tucks cleanly into high-waisted trousers or a midi skirt without adding bulk. The model wears it with light-wash wide-leg jeans, which is a genuinely good call: the casualness of the denim balances the sequins so it doesn't tip into over-dressed territory. That combination works for a Christmas party where the dress code is relaxed, or a festive dinner where you want to make an effort without committing to a full going-out look. For a more polished evening, swap the jeans for tailored wide-leg trousers and a strappy heel. The all-over sequin means there's no quiet side to this top - it's the centrepiece of whatever you build around it, so keep the rest of the outfit simple. | boohoo Women's Heavy Sequin Halterneck Top in Chocolate | Size: 16
