Bowmore 15-Yr-Old Sherry Cask Single-Malt Scotch Whisky

Made in Bowmore’s ancestral home of Islay, Scotland, where it’s been based since 1779, this single-malt scotch whisky has matured for 15 years, creating an enigmatic cask that blends sweet and spicy notes. It’s been matured in European Oak Olorose Sherry casks and American Oak ex-Bourbon casks, and has a palate of liquorice root, treacle toffee, boiled sweets, cloves, cocoa beans, raisins, dates and smoke with a hint of cinnamon.
