Burberry Long Gabardine Trench Coat

Not many brands can lay claim to the invention of a piece of clothing, but this is very much the case with Burberry and its iconic trench coats. First designed to meet the needs of military personnel in the First World War, the coat became popular soon afterwards with the wider public, loved for its durable cotton gabardine and its shower-resistant properties. In this latest rendition, many historic features are retained, from the epaulettes to the khaki colourway and back vent, while Burberrys signature touch comes courtesy of the check lining.
