The camera comes with a 1.0-inch type CMOS sensor, which is larger than the one in the previous model and supports capturing higher-quality images. The built-in 4.2x optical zoom lens covers focal lengths ranging from wide-angle (24 mm) to telephoto (100 mm). Allowing for versatile viewing, the 3-inch LCD touchscreen display tilts up 180 degrees and down 45 degrees. The camera also has Wi-Fi connection capabilities.
