A gliding, creamy crayon infused with Rose Stem Cell and Grape Extract to soothe and smooth the eyelids. As a base, it enhances the wear of all eye shadow types. A soft-focus blurring effect adds instant polish when worn on its own.  HOW TO USE:  Gently apply onto the eyelid from the lashline to below the brow, blending in with fingertips or Concealer Brush.
