Located in Saint-Émilion, Burgundy, Château Cheval Blanc is known for creating some of the most famous Cabernet Franc-based wines in the world, with its unique patchwork of clay and gravel soils growing some grapes with velvety tannins and some more elegant and aromatic since the 14th century.
