Château Palmer 2020 – Bordeaux, France

Breaking with tradition in the Médoc, Château Palmer balances equal amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in its blend. The advantage of this is a fleshy, generous structure that only gets better with cellaring. The dark tannins found in the 2020 vintage presage ageing for many years – drink it from 2027 for the best tasting experience.
