After a devastatingly cold spring, the summer of 2016 provided excellent conditions, so much so that fruit needed very little sorting. Clos de Tart’s vintage Monopole presents Burgundy’s Pinot Noir in its prime, with a rich hue backed by a complex aroma rich in wild berries, delicate florals and a final overture of pepper and tobacco.
