The Puech Haut estate is represented by Gérard Bru, a man who knew where his passion lay and so swapped his life as industrialist so he could return to work on the land. There wasn’t a single grape to be seen when he first started, but now his vineyard is one of the largest in the Languedoc Roussillon region and caters to this clean and crisp Argali rosé.
