Named in honour of Clotilde Rey – Angelo Gaja’s grandmother, affectionately known as 'Tildìn' – this iconic single-vineyard bottling captures the soaring heights of Barbaresco. Greeting the senses with an expressive, multi-layered bouquet, the 2021 Sorì Tildìn reveals fragrant ribbons of crushed lavender, dark cherry, wild plum and ripe blackberry, while earthy undertones of forest floor, warm spice and a cooling flicker of wild mint add depth as the wine breathes.
