Three blades, shaped to task: a leaf blade, a serrated knife with a forked tip, and a wide flat blade for slicing.Pierced handles mean the grip is lighter than it looks and gives the fingers something to hook into with wet hands. The piercing is the pattern - leaf and petal forms cut through rather than carved into the resin, so the handle changes with whatever is behind it.
