Gujinggong’s name pays homage to the rich history of its production methods – after all, Gujing means ‘old well’, pointing to both the wells of the North Wei Dynasty and Song Dynasty, which are 1500 and 1000 years old respectively. Both wells produce water that is perfect for liquor brewing, resulting in this spectacular and mellow 20-year-old Baijiu.
