Short dress in a viscose-blend weave with gathered seams throughout the design to create a draped effect. Features a frill collar with a V-shaped opening and narrow ties at the front, elbow-length puff sleeves with elasticated cuffs and a concealed zip at one side. Fitted section with horizontal gathers at the waist, and a flared skirt. Partly lined.
