Blouse in an airy cotton weave featuring a band collar, an off-set opening with three pairs of spaghetti ties at the front, and long balloon sleeves with spaghetti ties at the cuffs. Designed with a voluminous, raw-edge ruffle at the cuffs and around the collar. Collar ruffle continues down the front.
