Specially selected by Aurore Dezat, the latest manager of a small family-run domain in the Loire Valley, this Harrods Sancerre blends Sauvignon Blanc grapes from chalky clay and cailottes vineyards with an average vine age of 35 years. The result is a citrussy, mineral character that’s ideal for pairing with light meat, seafood or the local goats cheese, Crottin de Chavignol.
