Organic ceremonial matcha from Japan’s Shizuoka region is combined with natural cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and clove for a delicate earthiness and chai-like flavours. To prepare your matcha, add half a teaspoon of powder to a bowl or large mug with 50ml heated water and whisk it into a paste. Top up with 200ml heated water or warmed milk, sweeten to taste and serve immediately. For an iced matcha, use cold water or milk and add ice.
