With twelve generations behind the Henri Giraud estate, every cuvée is one of a kind. The family estate is nestled in the Aÿ region, boasting a chalky Grand Cru terroir in Champagne’s Argonne forest. The Blanc de Craie non vintage is comprised of entirely chardonnay grapes from the Montagne de Reims that spend 12 months in stainless steel and another 12 in Argonne oak to impart notes of lemon, a little verbena and honeysuckle.
