Henschke Mount Edelstone Eden Valley Shiraz 2019 - South Australia

Henschke has been a family-owned producer in South Australia since 1868. In the ‘70s, husband and wife Stephen and Prue Henschke took over running the winery, and in doing so, transformed two single vineyards into the birthplace of some of Australia’s most sought-after wines. This shiraz is named for the Mount Edelstone vineyard, where organic, biodynamic practises transform the grapes into a complex crimson wine that’s rich on the palate with layers of blackberry and red plum.
