Inspired by the pocketknives used by French shepherds over 200 years ago, each knife handle bears the hallmark bee, a symbol of the Laguiole region and of hard work, diligence, and community dating back to Napoleonic times. The blade runs through the entirety of the handle, ensuring balance, durability, and strength that stand as hallmarks of French craftsmanship. A set of six serrated steak knives designed for durability and balance. Housed in a wooden storage box, this set offers safe keeping and a refined presentation for both everyday service and special occasions. The Platine handle is distinguished by its ruffled, textured spine, each ridge shaped by hand to highlight meticulous craftsmanship. This detail adds both visual depth and additional weight, enhancing balance and creating a refined dining experience.
