"Theodosia-Respect" Limited Edition Sculpture

Theodosia - Respect is inspired by the observation of everyday scenes within contemporary urban culture. Chinese artist Yulong found the inspiration for this work during a street art event, surrounded by music, dance, and communities connected to hip-hop culture. Amid the energy of the environment, he was especially drawn to the quiet and close relationship between a child and an adult, linked through gestures of care, complicity, and mutual respect. Crafted in glazed white porcelain, the work incorporates faces finished in silver luster, introducing contrast and reinforcing the contemporary character of the creation.
