The first of its kind from Maker’s Mark, Star Hill Farm whisky is made unique by its use of two mashbills, one composed of 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, and the other the label’s 100% malted soft red winter wheat. This gives the blend depth, balance and complexity, with notes of caramel, pecan and cinnamon that reflect the best of the grain’s unique flavour.
