Nike Air VaporMax Plus Bumblebee

To celebrate the model, Nike released the Nike Air VaporMax Plus Bumblebee. True to its nickname, the Bumblebee sports a yellow and black-themed coloration.

The Nike Air VaporMax Bumblebee has a floating cage design. The sneaker features a synthetic upper dressed in Opti Yellow. A plastic cage around the midfoot sports a tonal black color that blends with the yellow midfoot panel it rests on. Black handles the VaporMax Plus detailing, including a Swoosh on the heel cage and the tongue's branding that is reminiscent of the AirMax 98. The Bumblebee pair forego the Air cushion in favor of a black, white, and Opti yellow VaporMax sole unit. A discontinuity in the sole around the midfoot allows for a color break from black to white and yellow on the outsole.
