St. Henri is described as a time-honoured expression of Shiraz – it was, after all, first released in the 1950s, with the first commercial vintage appearing in 1957. Since then, the intriguing red gained new life in the 1990s, becoming a coveted expression of a Penfold’s distinctive style. The 2022 vintage is instantly recognisable as belonging to this impressive lineage. On the palate, it’s richly layered and fruit-forward – the result of its maturation in seasoned vats.
