Sabatier Stainless Steel Provencao Bread Knife

Sabatier has spent over 200 years perfecting the art of kitchen knives. Each collection – including the French-crafted, olivewood-handled Provencao line – is forged from a single mass of stainless steel, then tempered, ground and polished crosswise to achieve the ideal balance of lightness and cutting force. The 20cm bread knife slices all types of bread, brioche and cakes, and removes the thick skin of certain fruits and vegetables like pineapples.
