With the right hand flat, begin from the left shoulder, descending through the décolleté between the breasts, then go around the right breast in a figure 8 movement passing under the other breast. Glide back up the décolleté to the right shoulder. Repeat the same technique with the left hand, beginning from the right shoulder. Smooth up between the breasts toward the shoulders with the palm of the hand. Pat to finish with hand flat on the bust and décolleté. Precaution for use: Do not use while breastfeeding.
