Situated in Santa Cruz, California (the largest wine state in the USA), the duo’s vineyard is the birthplace of bottles like this Vin Gris rosé; a blend of cinsaut, grenache and mourvèdre, the grapes are allowed to ferment in their own natural yeasts for a naturaly delicate flavour.
