The Dalmore Vintage 2009 Single Malt Whisky

For the past 180 years, The Dalmore has set the standard for multi-cask whisky-making, approaching with a unique, adventurous spirit and determination to push boundaries. From its Vintages collection, the 2009 single malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels before its profile was enhanced by Matusalem and Graham’s 10-year-old Tawny Port pipes. This maturing process gives the whisky a sweet yet spicy aroma with notes of Manuka honey, plum, clove, and pepper, which are reflected in its palate of cherries, dates, and ginger cake.
