Cuvaison's Carneros Pinot Noir comes from a cool climate vineyard which allows near perfect conditions year after year to produce world class pinot noir. When one has such wonderful fruit to work with, that should be ones emphasis.’ On the palate pure pinot fruit comes through in the form of cherries, strawberries and violets this is supported by some lifted vanilla aromas from the oak.
