Renowned for its low-alcohol alternatives, Wild Idol presents its ilex 2023 wine, named after the latin for ‘holm oak’, which emphasises its minerality. This Merlot-based red has been created in partnership with Saint-Émilion’s oldest château to produce the very first low-alcohol Grand Cru Classé from the prestigious appellation, revealing notes of red berry, spice and cedar before its elegant finish on the palate.
