Yjar Rioja 2021 - Rioja, Spain

From the Sierra de Toloño in Rioja Alavesa, the Yjar Rioja is fermented with native yeasts in open top wooden vats. On the palate, savoury notes of redcurrant, cranberry and blurberry mingle with hints of lavender, dried herbs and crushed rose petals.
