Belvederes Smogóry Forest estate is located in western Poland, where it's surrounded by woods and protected from harsh winters. Here, it grows the rye used to make its namesake vodka, which imparts it with a light, peppery taste that finishes with notes of fresh flowers and brown sugar on the palate.
