Muuñ originated in a small town in Northern Ghana called Nyariga, when the founder, Aubrey, met a local craftsman called Tahiru, who was an expert in the traditional practice of straw-weaving, and who had a dream to introduce his creations to the larger world. Between being designed in France, inspired by Scandinavian and Japanese influences, and brought to life in Ghana, what resulted are natural and timeless woven basket bags with an authentic touch.
