The legend from '87 returns again with a selection of revamps inspired by the 2001 Nike Dunk 'Ugly Duckling' pack. As the Nike Air Max 1 celebrates its 35th anniversary, these lauded colourways return to coat the original visible Air unit shoe. Suede uppers are filled with accents of black, grey, light green and fiery orange - all working in unison with one another. Swooshes are partly showing on the sidewalls, and embroidered ducklings are perched on the reverse to nod back to 2001. As always, the visible Air unit is embedded in the heel of the midsole - this was inspired by the famous deconstructed Pompidou building in Paris - while eco-friendly Nike Grind rubber outsoles are signalled by their speckled aesthetic. | DZ0482-001
