Seña has become such an icon on the Chilean wine scene, that the single-estate, single-wine operation has often been benchmarked against the greatest wineries in Bordeaux and Tuscany, with its dedication to the utmost care showing in every bottle. Its biodynamic fruit is hand-picked and manually sorted before it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in new French oak barrels. Its 2018 vintage takes on a deep violet colour, with a subtle nose of fresh red and black fruits that unfold to hints of cedar and tobacco. On the palate, its juicy flavour of berries contrasts against spicy notes to create a balanced, elegant blend.
