The Chardonnay and Grechetto grapes that form Antinori’s Cervaro della Sala 2019 originate from 15- to 20-year-old vineyards surrounding the medieval castle estate of Castello della Sala, grown in soils rich in marine fossils and harvested overnight for freshness. The resulting wine is full-bodied and well-structured, with notes of toast, citrus and mineral on the palate.
