The Chardonnay grapes used to produce Antinori’s Nibbio della Sala 2021 come from the Umbrian vineyard of Monte Nibbio, characterised by a unique terroir of soils that are low in nutrients but rich in scheletro, or fine gravel. These growing conditions give the wine a great complexity and finesse, with an energetic, mineral-driven palate and an exceptionally long finish.
