Kweichow Moutai Baijiu

Kweichow Moutai is a Chinese liqeuer awarded the honourable title of 'National Liquor', and the country's most famous baijiu. Maotai, in the north of Guizhou Province, sits at the upper reaches of the Chishui River, ensuring that the purest water with a high concentration of micronutrients gives the spirit its unique, savoury taste – likened to soy sauce – that reveals notes of ripe tropical fruits, barbecued meat and pineapple.
