Nestled at the foot of Simonsberg mountain in South Africa’s Western Cape , the Rustenberg estate dates back to 1682. Its Wild Ferment sauvignon blanc draws on all this heritage – plus a healthy dose of innovation from award-winning winemaker Murray Barlow – to create a rich, well-rounded tipple with tropical flavours, zingy white peach and citrus notes.
