Released to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the 1971 James Bond film, Diamonds Are Forever, the limited edition The Macallan Single Malt Scotch whisky reveals a journey through cinema. Distilled in 2007, the 18-year-old spirit offers exceptional depth and was created by whisky maker and Bond enthusiast Russell Grieg, who wanted to reflect the story arc across the palate. With a light taste including hints of sweetness, it offers notes of creamy vanilla and caramel, followed by cocoa-dusted champagne truffles and darker fruits. Its long finish is underpinned by apricots, berries and a touch of nutmeg, while its natural, dark colour is inspired by Nevada Rock – transporting you to the film’s iconic setting.
