Together, the distillery and the brothers journey to iconic cities, immersing themselves in the people and places that make each one unique. The result of each exploration is a special whisky – the product of dedication, knowledge and insight gathered in each locale. In Paris, cuisine came to the fore – the city is, after all, renowned for its culinary scene. Flavours abound on the palate in tribute to the art of Parisian dining: the sweetness is creamy, while its tropical and toasted notes (the product of Bourbon casks) are particularly fragrant. European oak casks introduce a touch of spice, Cognac casks offer aromatic richness and sherry-seasoned American oak casks leave a perfumed finish.
