The Macallan The Harmony Collection Single-Malt Scotch Whisky

The fifth edition of The Macallan’s Harmony Collection sees a collaboration with jing, a purveyor of fine teas. This single-malt whisky is inspired by jing’s Phoenix Honey Orchid, an oolong tea with an aroma of dessert wine. Peach, floral notes are balanced by roasted, rich ones, with astringent tannins and a sweetness added by the sherry-seasoned American oak casks.
