Domaine de Chantemerle’s family-run estate has only been winemaking for over 60 years but quickly became one of the iconic Chablis region’s finest chardonnay producers. This fruity expression is hand-harvested from the winery’s 35 acres of vines before it’s pressed full-cluster and fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks, then aged in tanks and bottled unfiltered.
