Freezer temperatures may vary so use personal discretion when applying and using this mask. Remove the mask from the pouch and place the gel side onto clean skin or after applying serum. Secure the straps around the head and ensure the mask feels comfortable. Relax for up to 10 minutes, massaging the metal beads into pressure points if desired. Remove the mask and wipe clean. Store in the pouch for the next use. Pro tips: Cryotherapy is a form of ice treatment on the skin. Use with caution. Do not use on broken, irritated, or sensitive skin or on top of medication rubbed into the skin. Should one experience any discomfort at any stage, remove the mask immediately.
