Aged for fifteen years in ex-Bourbon and ex-Moscatel casks, the Foursquare Penultimus release brings together deep mixed spices, desiccated coconut and green grape skins right from the first pour. The palate follows with a gentle sweetness of caramel and ripe fruit, finishing on a firm, persistent note of green grape astringency.
