Xavier Monnot comes from a long line of winemakers – six generations, to be exact, dating back to 1723. Continuing the family tradition, he took over in 1994 and modernised the historic vineyards’ processes. Today, the 42-acre estate, nestled behind the town of Meursault, produces some of the region’s finest wines.
