Khourys Beirut Chocolate

The Beirut Bar from Khourys is a multi-textured homage to traditional Lebanese patisserie and springtime gardens. Inside the chocolate shell lies a liquid layer of fragrant orange blossom caramel, followed by one of crisp, twice-baked cashew baklava for crunch and a base of smooth, rich cashew cream.
