The silicone pads are engineered for optimal density providing a long-lasting curling effect without damaging the lashes. The Artist Eyelash Curler comes with one replacement silicone pad. HOW TO USE ITOpen the curler and position the silicone pad under the base of the upper lashes. Firmly yet gently, squeeze the handles of the curler together and hold for 3 seconds.
